1. Agreement
By accessing Dunebright Knit Studio’s site or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities under it. Provide accurate information and update it as needed. We may suspend accounts for suspected misuse.
3. Course access
- On-demand courses: personal, non-transferable license for your own learning.
- Live/Hybrid sessions: scheduled times and limited seats; rescheduling policies may apply.
- Prohibited: sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, recording live sessions without written permission.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unless stated otherwise, on-demand courses are refundable within 7 days if under 20% progress. Live/Hybrid refunds follow session policies displayed at checkout.
5. Intellectual property
All content, including text, charts, templates, and curricula, is owned by Dunebright Knit Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except as allowed by law for personal study.
6. Acceptable use
- No attempts to breach security, scrape content, or disrupt services.
- No unlawful, harassing, or infringing activity.
- Respect community standards during live coaching.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We make no warranty that courses will meet your expectations or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunebright Knit Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
9. Changes to services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. We will attempt to minimize disruption to ongoing classes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue for disputes will be in San Francisco County, CA.
